The V-TKM Series, co-developed by DOWA Thermotech and Toyota, is a next-generation inline heat treatment furnace that delivers up to 97% CO₂ reduction, supports small-lot flexible production, and reduces processing time by two-thirds ideal for smart, sustainable manufacturing.

Based on Toyota’s “Just-in-Time” philosophy, the V-TKM features a compact, automated vacuum transport system and a cell-based layout, making it perfect for factories transitioning to green energy and high-mix low-volume production.
