The Horizontal Plasma Nitriding Furnace is a horizontal heat treatment furnace equipped with advanced plasma nitriding technology from DOWA Thermotech. It enables stable nitriding in low vacuum conditions (below 60 Pa) and achieves high-precision processing of entire parts through uniform temperature distribution. Despite its compact design, it is capable of handling large components, making it ideal for various industrial applications, including automotive parts and precision machined components.
