Overview
This case study showcases the manufacturing process of “coin slide component of deposit machines” delivered supplied to financial equipment manufacturers. To ensure reliable operation during coin insertion, strict standards were required for both flatness and parallelism. Initially, flatness variations of approximately 0.8–1.0mm occurred, but by optimizing material orientation and bending sequences, warping was eliminated, and a consistent flatness of 0.3mm was achieved.
