LEO ELECTRONICS (VIETNAM) is a Japanese-owned EMS manufacturer based in Vietnam, specializing in the fabrication of enclosure parts and structural components for data center and telecommunication infrastructure equipment.

By managing multiple processes in-house—including high-precision cutting using combination machines, nut press-fit insertion, welding, coating, and Alodine surface treatment—we deliver products that meet the strict quality standards required for telecommunication equipment.

In the nut insertion (press-fit) process, we optimize pressing force, insertion speed, and holding time, achieving stable retention even for parts that previously faced drop-off risks with other suppliers.
In addition, for structures where products are stacked or overlapped, uniform coating thickness of black textured coating is critical. Our coating quality control know-how is a key strength in ensuring defect-free performance.

Optimized nut press-fit control, preventing detachment and ensuring high and stable holding strength

Coating quality management, achieving uniform film thickness in black textured coating with no issues during stacked use

Welding capability for aluminum enclosures, using an AMADA spot welding machine (ID404HPNT) for stable and repeatable quality

Support for Alodine treatment and black/white anodizing, with proven experience for U.S.-spec speaker products

Strong cutting capability for large aluminum enclosures used in telecommunication equipment
