Components like those shown in the image often require a combination of laser cutting, complex turret punching, multi-directional bending, high-accuracy multi-hole tapping, and stud welding for attaching additional parts. Technical Features
- Complex Hole Processing:
Includes long slots, round holes, ventilation patterns, and various other shapes, requiring a combination of laser cutting and turret punching. Small holes demand high positional accuracy, necessitating precise programming and fixturing.
- Multi-Directional Bending:
Enclosures often include bends with various angles and radii—such as sides, flanges, and reinforcing ribs. The bending sequence and fixturing setup are complex, and any deviation may cause assembly errors.
- High-Volume Tapping:
Tapped holes for internal components must be positioned with high accuracy. We use automatic tapping machines to ensure both quality and productivity.
- Stud and Spacer Welding:
Parts such as pins, bosses, and spacers must be precisely welded in the correct positions, requiring highly accurate fixture design.
- Surface Treatment (Powder Coating):
Black powder coating must meet both aesthetic and durability standards. We strictly control the entire process—from pre-treatment to final coating.
