Machining Processes & Equipment

CNC Milling: Machines from Brother, OKK, OKUMA, Fanuc, and AKIRA-SEIKI are used for machining surfaces, slots, holes, and stepped features.

Drilling & Tapping: Performed directly on CNC milling machines for screw holes and threaded assembly features.

Wire EDM Cutting: Enables complex profiles with tight tolerances (±0.005 mm) while maintaining excellent surface finish.

Grinding: Surface grinding with Nagase machines and cylindrical grinding with Maruei machines to achieve high flatness and superior surface quality.

Inspection: Dimensional verification using Mitutoyo 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) ensures precise accuracy.
