This flange has dimensions of φ80x15mm and is machined using CNC lathes and NC milling machines. Our lathes can machine up to an outer diameter of φ500mm. For square components, our milling machines can process up to 350mm in width and 2,000mm in length. We can accommodate both single-piece orders and mass production, particularly for batches ranging from 1 to 100 pieces.
