The Model-2503 Vibro Converter from Showa Sokki is a versatile vibration signal converter designed for monitoring and diagnosing equipment vibration. It converts acceleration (ACC), velocity (VEL), or displacement (DISP) into a standardized 4–20mA current signal, enabling seamless integration with PLCs, monitoring systems, and IoT platforms.

The unit can be tailored to suit different applications, with options to configure sensor type, measurement range, and frequency band. It is suitable for general-purpose monitoring, harsh industrial environments, and even hazardous areas when paired with explosion-proof sensors.

⚠️ Important Note
The Model-2503 itself is not intrinsically explosion-proof. However, when combined with the MODEL-2450EX explosion-proof sensor and a dedicated safety barrier, it can form a reliable vibration monitoring system for use in explosive environments.
