Founded in 2019, Kobayashi Casting specializes in precision casting of stainless steel products using lost wax casting technology. The company currently operates a factory in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City and has established an integrated production system with approximately 65 employees.
Our strengths lie in our Japanese-standard quality management system compliant with JIS standards (JIS G 5121) and our in-house production infrastructure, which covers everything from mold design to lost-wax casting, machining, and surface treatment. We have extensive experience in manufacturing complex-shaped, high-precision components from stainless steel materials such as SCS13, SCS14, CF3M, 1.4581, and 17-4PH.
We are capable of serving various industries, including semiconductor components, medical equipment parts, water-related fittings, and industrial machinery components — all of which demand high technical requirements and precision. Additionally, we offer secondary machining with precision up to ±0.01mm and maintain a rigorous quality inspection system using metal analyzers, hardness testers, and 3D measuring machines to ensure consistent product quality and full traceability.
Moreover, we utilize 3D CAD software such as Pro/E, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks for mold design, enabling rapid prototyping and mass production with short lead times. Currently, approximately 90% of our products are exported to markets including the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore, where they are highly trusted internationally.
