Resin materials used in connectors for electronic components, PCs, and smartphones often contain glass fibers, which require molds with high wear resistance. Our company has extensive expertise in processing high-hardness materials such as high-speed steel, SKD11, and SUS440 after heat treatment, allowing us to manufacture molds with excellent wear resistance. Additionally, we can apply coatings such as titanium coating and diamond coating, further enhancing the mold's wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and mold release properties.

【Precision】
As electronic components and communication devices such as PCs and smartphones become smaller, the connectors used in these devices are also becoming increasingly compact. Our expertise lies in precision grinding, which allows us to handle thin walls of 0.2mm or less, as well as molded products with a hole pitch of less than 0.2mm.
