Molding connectors with a wall thickness of 0.1mm and a hole diameter of 0.2mm requires precision microfabrication for the mold. By using this mold, it is possible to mold connectors with a wall thickness of 0.1mm and a hole diameter of 0.2mm. As molds become more intricate and the molded products thinner, mold release properties are required. Furthermore, for connectors used in electronic components and communication devices such as PCs and smartphones, materials like LCP, nylon-based resins, PBT, and super engineering plastics containing glass fibers are often used. In such cases, the molds must exhibit high wear resistance. To meet these needs, we offer high-performance molds with enhanced release and wear resistance through the application of coatings such as titanium coating or diamond coating.
