We specialize in precision molds for precision resin parts, including automotive and consumer connectors. We have established a network in Japan, China, Taiwan, and Vietnam to supply precision molds globally.

Since our founding over 50 years ago, we have been manufacturing ultra-precision molds. By leveraging our accumulated design and processing know-how over the years and collaborating with overseas companies through technical partnerships, we have established a system that allows us to supply precision molds to countries around the world.

POINT 2: World-class mold technology lies in advanced design.
The most crucial aspect of our world-class mold technology is mold design, which we focus on heavily. Utilizing 3D CAD and resin flow analysis, we identify potential issues such as gate balance, weld lines, sink marks, and warpage in advance, and examine them from all perspectives, including molding stability, productivity, and maintainability.

Our motto, 'High-precision molds require high-precision parts,' is reflected in our use of micron-order parts. Additionally, we are actively engaged in microfabrication to support narrow-pitch connectors.

To improve wear and corrosion resistance, we only manufacture fully hardened molds. By machining from pre-heat-treated materials, we create distortion-free molds that enable molding lifespans of hundreds of thousands to millions of shots, even for various super engineering plastics such as PPS, LCP, and GF-filled PBT
