At the Academic Forum of Industry and CO₂ Management Trend, Chugai Ro (Thailand) Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Apollo (Thailand) Co., Ltd., showcased advanced energy-saving technologies. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Yuuki Kouno, Manager of the Heat Treatment Department at Chugai Ro (Japan) Co., Ltd., a specialist in heat treatment processes. He delivered a keynote presentation on the topic:
"Energy-Saving Technologies in Heat Treatment Furnaces."
In his presentation, Mr. Kouno introduced several key solutions that can effectively help the industrial sector reduce energy consumption and minimize environmental impact. The core technologies developed by Chugai Ro include:
・ High-Efficiency Insulation Materials:
These advanced insulation materials significantly reduce heat loss in furnaces, thereby improving thermal efficiency and reducing energy costs in manufacturing processes.
・ O₂ Monitoring (Lambda-i):
This system monitors and controls oxygen levels during combustion, optimizing the process for better fuel efficiency and reduced emissions.
・ Spirocore Technology:
A heat recycling innovation within Radiant Tubes that reuses combustion heat, increasing overall system efficiency and minimizing energy waste.
