Mechanism
Magnetic chips in the dirty liquid are attracted to the magnets on the belt. Scrapers and spike pins ensure the chips are conveyed efficiently, and any chips settled at the bottom of the conveyor are re-conveyed onto the belt by the magnetic drum.
Chips that enter between the belt and magnets or behind the belt are discharged externally by mechanical screws, maintaining the cleanliness of the conveyor.
Filtration Accuracy
The "MB" model captures particles of 100μm with over 90% efficiency. This high filtration accuracy significantly improves the handling of magnetic chips, enhancing the working environment.
