It can be easily connected offline to an oil tank and the filter element can be replaced even while the production machine is operating. Since its launch in 1970, over 20,000 units have been sold and trusted in various industrial fields worldwide. ■ Features Contaminant Removal: Thoroughly removes fine dust particles (0.01~10~100μm, with a central filtration precision of 3μm) in oil, achieving cleanliness comparable to new oil. Moisture Removal: Removes moisture at the ppm level (0.0001% parts per million). Emulsions also become transparent in one cycle. Oxide removal: Patented technology safely absorbs oxidized sludge and prevents acid value from increasing. *By removing all contaminants, the viscosity of the oil is preserved. ■ Technical specifications ・Oil Viscosity Compatibility: Suitable for a wide range of viscosities from low-viscosity hydraulic oil to high-viscosity gear oil (VG2~VG260). ・Compatible oil types: hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, turbine oil, heat transfer oil, fire-resistant casting oil, etc. ・Central filtration precision: 3μm (special deep filtration from ultra-fine particles to visually perceivable sizes). ・Installation method: Offline connection. ・Maintenance: Only requires replacement of the filter element once a year.
