Our company utilizes proprietary spinning technology to manufacture ultra-thin metal sleeves. By inserting deep-drawn press blanks into a mandrel and combining high-speed rotation with stretching processes, we produce sleeves with uniform thickness and excellent dimensional precision. This method achieves material savings and high strength through work hardening, which were difficult to realize with conventional cutting methods. These sleeves are widely used in applications such as fixing sleeves for copiers and printers, battery cases, and drive belts.

- Achieves uniform thickness and high dimensional accuracy.
- Provides mechanical strength approximately three times greater than standard SUS304 material due to work hardening.
- Significantly reduces material waste compared to cutting processes.
- The sleeve surface is mirror-finished, enhancing both appearance and performance.

- Processable dimensions: Outer diameter φ3–160mm, thickness t0.025–3.0mm, length up to 420mm.
- Outer surface roughness: Ra ≦ 0.3 µm.
- Processing accuracy: Outer diameter ±0.03–±0.05mm, thickness ±0.003–±0.006mm.
- Processable materials: Stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, iron, copper, aluminum, clad materials.
