Overview
Precision pin components are primarily made from SUS304, brass, and SK materials, processed with dimensional accuracy of ±0.005mm. At our Vietnam factory, we utilize CNC lathes and cam-type automatic lathes, accommodating extremely small components from φ0.5mm with lengths of 10–30mm. We flexibly handle applications requiring delicacy and stable supply, such as watches, electronic components, and inspection equipment, from small lots of a few thousand units to large-scale production of over 100,000 units.
