High-efficiency metal sheet processing with punch & laser combination machine
High-efficiency metal sheet processing using a combined punch and laser cutting machine. Laser cutting, punching, and tapping are performed with a single device. Leo Electronics Vietnam flexibly accommodates various product types.
At LEO Electronics Vietnam, we continuously improve metal sheet processing efficiency by utilizing a combined punch- laser machine (AMADA ACIES- 2512AJe), capable of simultaneously performing laser cutting , punching, and tapping on a single piece of equipment. The integration of these processes helps reduce setup time, shorten production lead time, optimize labor resources, and ensure stable quality with fast delivery.
(Key strength)
- The combined punching and laser cutting simultaneously performs three processes: laser cutting, punching, and tapping
- Eliminate the need for material transfer between separate processes in sheet metal fabrication, significantly reducing preparation time.
Equipped with an automatic tool changer (PDC), the machine can process a wide variety of products and there is no need for operator during night shifts
- Capable of processing highly reflective materials such as aluminum and copper
- High-precision tapping capabilities (from m2 to m6)

- Machine information: AMADA ACIES- 2512AJe (equipped with 3kW fiber laser)- the only one of its kind in Vietnam
- Processing dimensions: sheet thickness from 0.3 to 6.0 mm, material size up to 1,250mm * 2,500mm
- Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper
- Processing accuracy: +/- 0.1mm (depending on design and conditions)
- Tapping size: M2 to M6
- Other equipment: CNC turret punch press, 26 stamping machines, machining center, wire-cut machine, press brake
