At Ohnoseiko Vietnam, we specialize in high-precision machining of engineering plastics such as PA, POM, and MC Nylon.
The product shown in the image is a blue plastic block processed to 30×40×100mm, featuring deep pockets, through-holes, and 45° chamfers, all produced in one integrated machining process. Dimensional accuracy of ±0.02mm is consistently maintained.
To prevent deformation and thermal expansion, which are typical challenges with plastic materials, we use dedicated clamping jigs and optimized cutting conditions.
The process is performed using OKUMA, Mazak, and YCM machining centers (3-axis & 5-axis), in combination with CNC turning, wire-cut EDM, and 3D measurement systems for comprehensive quality control.
