At Ohno Seiko Vietnam, we provide an integrated production system that combines machining, wire-cutting, and precision grinding for SUS303 stainless steel, achieving ±0.01mm accuracy and a mirror surface finish of Ra0.2–0.4.
The process begins with machining to form the shape, followed by wire-cutting for precise grooves and holes, and finally precision grinding to ensure perfect parallelism and flatness.
These high-precision brackets are widely used in industrial machinery components, fixture and jig mounts, robot arm attachments, and electronic device frames.
