Engineering plastics are widely used in modern electronic devices, smart products, and industrial components due to their light weight, excellent processability, electrical insulation, and impact resistance. However, increasing demands for high dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality require suppliers with comprehensive manufacturing capabilities.

CNCTech operates a fully integrated plastic injection molding production system in Vietnam, from mold design and fabrication to molding, finishing, and assembly.
With over 120 injection molding machines ranging from 80 to 700 tons, we support prototype, pilot, and mass production, ensuring international quality standards and reliable delivery performance.

1. Mold Design & Fabrication
Mold design optimized for mass production using advanced CAD/CAM software
In-house mold machining using CNC machines, milling machines, EDM (die-sinking & wire-cut) from Makino, Sodick, Mitsubishi, and Okamoto

Mold trial and adjustment performed directly on-site before mass production

2. Precision Plastic Injection Molding
More than 120 injection molding machines from Sumitomo, JSW (Japan), Haitian (China), Woojin, and Hyundai (Korea)
Clamping force range: 80–700 tons, suitable for parts up to approximately 1,000 g
Product tolerance maintained at ±0.02 mm, meeting stringent mechanical and aesthetic requirements
Supported materials: ABS, PC, PBT, PMMA, PA, POM, TPEE, ASA, HIPS, including flame-retardant and glass-fiber-reinforced grades

3. Post-Molding Processing & Finishing
Insert molding by ultrasonic or thermal methods, trimming, and light mechanical machining
Silk screen printing, pad printing, protective film application, painting, and plating (in-house or via qualified domestic partners)
Final assembly and packaging services available upon request
