The LDPE chip-filled hug pillow features a unique design with a filling made from extruded LDPE plastic chips, providing excellent elasticity, softness, water resistance, and durability. The entire process — from design, cutting, and sewing to finishing — is completed in-house at Akebono Vietnam. We flexibly support small-lot and OEM orders.
The pillow is filled with LDPE chips (cut from extruded plastic tubes), creating a soft, comfortable texture that maintains its shape even after long use.
Inspired by adorable fruit and vegetable characters such as carrots, avocados, bananas, and strawberries, the factory can also design custom characters or print brand logos according to client requests.
