【Mass Production of Protective Tubes (Extrusion + Insert Molding) in Vietnam】
Insulatinig protective tubes are essential at construction sites to prevent electric shocks and contact accidents. At Akebono Kasei Vietnam, we combine extrusion molding and insert molding to efficiently mass-produce high-quality protective tubes for high-voltage power lines. (The example in the photo above uses LDPE material).
Protective tubes are insulating materials used at construction sites, crane operations, and other situations where there is a risk of electric shock or contact. They play a vital role in ensuring safety.
Specifications (Examples of Supported Options):
• Extrusion material: LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene)
• Insert material: PP, PC, etc.
• Supported dimensions: Outer diameter φ30–φ90, length 1,000 mm–3,000 mm
• Colors: High-visibility options (yellow, orange, red, etc.)
