KMC owns over 2000 mold sets, with 60% provided by clients and 40% produced in-house. Supervised by Japanese designers based in Thailand from design to oversight, and supported by over 80 Thai staff in the mold department, KMC handles all processes internally. This allows for flexible responses to prototyping, short delivery times, and low-cost needs.
