■ RDF Production Process
1️⃣ Dual-Shaft Shredder: Processes hard-to-shred waste such as ropes and fishing nets.
2️⃣ Primary Shredder: Reduces waste size to 150–250mm for improved sorting accuracy.
3️⃣ Vibrating Separator: Removes impurities like sand to reduce the load in subsequent processes.
4️⃣ Air Separator: Separates lightweight materials for fuel from heavy materials that can be recycled.
5️⃣ Magnetic & Aluminum Separator and Manual Sorting: Sorts out metals and combustible materials for resource recovery.
6️⃣ Optical Separator: Removes chlorine and metals to produce high-quality RDF fuel.
7️⃣ Secondary Shredder: Achieves a processing capacity of up to 12 tons/hour (<20mm) or 20 tons/hour (<40mm).
8️⃣ Hexagonal Bale Compression & Packaging Machine: Enhances transportation and storage efficiency.
