Ohashi Tekko Vietnam is a manufacturing base for critical automotive safety components that support the "running, stopping, and turning" of vehicles.
We have established a fully integrated production system—from cutting and chamfering to pressing, press-fitting, and cationic electrodeposition coating—operating under quality standards equivalent to those of our headquarters. Our primary focus is on the mass production of accelerator pedal rods.

With in-house end-to-end process control, we achieve both shorter lead times and stable supply.
We have a proven track record of mass production and delivery to major customers, including automobile manufacturers.

Moving forward, we plan to leverage these technologies to expand production to other safety-related components, such as hood support rods and tow hooks.
Through our high-corrosion-resistance cationic coating technology, we will continue contributing to the enhancement of quality and safety in the Asian automotive industry.
