Our milling process is carried out on a high-precision production line utilizing 14 state-of-the-art NC milling machines, capable of handling the machining of precision jigs as well as the manufacturing of various products. In particular, we specialize in processing SUS303 stainless steel, which boasts excellent corrosion resistance and durability. We excel in manufacturing SUS303 stainless steel parts and precision jigs.
In addition to SUS303 stainless steel, we can process various materials such as aluminum (A7075), carbon steel (S45C), and brass. Under our ISO 9001 quality management system, we conduct rigorous inspections to ensure consistent quality. Especially in the production of high-precision jigs, we leverage the latest equipment to deliver stable and precise finishes.
