The Dyne Silver GPE offered by DAIWA FINE CHEMICALS (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is a strong acidic, non-cyanide electroplating process for silver, based on organic acids. It does not use cyanide compounds at all, significantly reducing the burden on the environment and workers. Furthermore, due to the characteristics of the acidic process, silver plating can be performed without affecting resist patterns, and direct plating onto SUS (stainless steel) materials is also possible. This process consists of two stages: ""strike silver plating"" and ""main silver plating."" It can flexibly accommodate various plating methods, such as rack plating and continuous plating, depending on the application and line configuration. Appearance finishes can also be selected according to the purpose, including white matte, semi-gloss white, and gloss.
