The new model of the FITS series surface defect inspection device, FITS-EV, achieves fast and precise quality inspections. The 27-inch wide screen makes inspection screens and defect images larger and more detailed, enhancing visibility. Additionally, the high-performance camera operating at 80MHz misses no minor defects, further strengthening the quality assurance process.
