NDV Weir Type Diaphragm Valve 400 Series to Prevent Fluid Contamination

Technology / product information

With its simple structure and easy maintenance, this high-sealing valve is suitable for a wide range of industries.

The NDV Weir Type Diaphragm Valve 400 Series is a standard diaphragm valve featuring a weir (barrier) within the flow path. The built-in diaphragm isolates the fluid, and its excellent sealing structure prevents contamination. It adopts a simple structure comprised of three units: the actuator, diaphragm, and body, employing a top entry system for easy maintenance, including diaphragm replacement.

■ Features

Superior Sealing Performance: The built-in diaphragm and weir structure enhance fluid isolation and sealing, minimizing the risk of contamination.
Ease of Maintenance: The top entry system facilitates easy maintenance activities, such as diaphragm replacement.
Material Options: The body and diaphragm offer a selection of materials optimal for the fluid composition, ensuring cost efficiency, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance.
Actuator Choices: Available with manual, pneumatic, flow control, and electric actuation options suitable for various operation types.
■ Applications

Ideal for use across a broad spectrum of sectors including chemicals, environmental and water treatment, steel, shipbuilding, semiconductors, and power generation (including nuclear power). It performs exceptionally well in processes where fluid purity is crucial and when handling corrosive or chemically aggressive fluids.

■ Specifications

Designed to meet the stringent demands of the industry, this valve series enables the safe management and control of a wide range of fluids. Its durable and reliable structure provides stable performance over the long term. Additionally, customizable material selections and actuator options offer optimal solutions.
