The SGA-3 series of compact automatic spray guns are designed to be compact enough to fit into various automatic devices, making them suitable for applying release agents, paints, and other coatings. These products are small in size, with dimensions of 56mm in length, 62mm in width, 80mm in height, and weighing 270g, making them ideal for simple coating tasks. They are primarily used for applying release agents, mold release agents, spatter prevention agents, water, oil, paint, adhesives, deodorizers, lubricants, etc., and can be installed on multiple automatic and labor-saving machines for set manufacturers or in-house facilities. The simple type of automatic gun integrates the spraying air and the piston operating air, allowing for spraying with just one three-way solenoid valve, which simplifies operation. However, it is not suitable for delicate painting or low-pressure spraying. The supply of paint or liquid agents is pressurized, with a nozzle diameter of 1.0mm, spray air pressure of 0.25MPa, and a paint ejection volume of 150mL/min.

The main feature of this product is its compact design. Its very simple mechanism, which allows operation and spraying with just one three-way solenoid valve, makes it easy to install even in environments with limited space. The simple type of automatic gun integrates the spraying air and the piston operating air, simplifying operation. However, to operate the piston, the spraying air pressure needs to be set to approximately 0.35MPa.

The SGA-3 series spray guns supply paint or liquid agents via pressurization. The nozzle diameter is 1.0mm, with spray air pressure at 0.25MPa and a liquid ejection volume of 150mL/min, using 80L/min of air. The spray gun type is universal, with a straight nozzle shape and an air cap type of SGA-E1. The recommended viscosity of paint or liquid agents is about 15-23 seconds/NK-2. The atomization state is general-purpose fine atomization, with a spray pattern ranging from round to flat. The liquid contact parts are made of stainless steel, the main body material is brass and stainless steel, the noise level is 67.4dB, the operating ambient temperature range is 5-40°C, the fluid temperature range is 5-43°C, and the maximum operating air pressure is 0.68MPa.
