We have further strengthened the light palette and pursued durability!
Light pallets were developed mainly for one-way use for export, but for returnable use and use in automated warehouses.
Light Palette ST has increased strength to withstand and is lightweight.
It is especially suitable for automated warehouses and both-end support loading (suspension of long rolls and films, etc.) where deflection strength is strict.
*The weight of the pallet itself according to the specifications in the photo is approximately 18 kg. (1100x1100xH140)

Product features
・High strength: We use steel with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 0.6 mm, and the cross-sectional area height of the forming material is 15 mm (10 mm for light pallets).
By doing so, the strength was significantly increased.
・Durability: In order to withstand returnable specifications, the block part has been changed to a thickness of 1.2 mm (0.7 mm for light pallets), and the fork

- Rust resistant: Use of hot-dip plated steel plate prevents red rust from forming.
・Made to order: As with wood, no molds are required, and automatic production is possible in millimeter increments up to 1800mm x 1800mm.

・4-way insert, single-sided/double-sided specifications available, hand fork usable (girder side gap 80mm, top plate side gap 110mm)
・Load capacity: Dynamic load 2 tons, static load 8 tons (when assembled horizontally)
・Size: 300mm x 600mm - 1800mm x 1800mm (Please contact us for other sizes or over 2000mm.)
Height (H): One side: 125mm, with back plate: 140mm as standard. Number of top and back plates can be specified
