We have successfully developed carrier tape for extremely small devices such as 0402 and 0603.

We currently have a track record of mass production for both domestic and overseas markets. (Cumulative total production of approximately 12 billion pieces of 0603 size.)
The feature is that vacuum rotary molding is used, which cannot be achieved with press molding.
It is possible to suppress the expansion of the opening radius and form a pocket that firmly holds the vertical wall.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the inserted device from rolling around in the pocket.
