Since 2006, Song Cong Diesel Limited Company (DISOCO) has cooperated with Gohsyu Corporation (Japan) in the transfer of hot forging technology for crankshafts. DISOCO organizes crankshaft production based on a model combining hot forging and post-forging CNC machining for surface finishing, meeting the requirements of mass production for engine components.
Hot Forging of Crankshafts Based on Japanese Technology
At the forging workshop, DISOCO carries out hot forging of crankshafts in accordance with processes transferred from its Japanese partner.
Equipped with 1000T and 400T hot forging machines
Designed capacity: 7,200 tons/year
Post-Forging CNC Machining – Crankshaft Surface Finishing
After the hot forging process, crankshafts are transferred to the machining workshop for CNC machining to complete surface finishing.
Main machining processes include: Center machining, CNC turning, Machining of required surfaces
In-House Production Model – Forging and Machining Within the Same Plant
By implementing hot forging and post-forging CNC surface finishing within the same plant, DISOCO ensures smooth coordination between processes, maintains production schedule control, and meets the requirements of large-volume and stable orders.
