Create Driving Force of Life

My name is Nobuyuki Tabata. I became Representative Director and President in June 2025.
I am the 12th President of the Company, following its founding back in 1961.

For more than 60 years, the Group has been delivering energy that is indispensable in our daily lives as the best partner for life and society.
While providing energy services focusing on oil, gas and electricity, we have broadened our activities to include additional related businesses in recent years.
In particular, we have been expanding the scope of our mobility business. This business now includes new car sales, where Nissan Osaka Sales Co., Ltd. is playing a key role, as well as the buying and selling of used cars, primarily through WECARS Co., Ltd., in which our investment was completed last year. We also offer rent-a-car service and maintenance services.

In 2023, we developed and announced the ENEX2030: To Create Driving Force of Life medium-term business plan. We aim to achieve a net profit of 20.0 billion yen or more and an ROE of 9.0% or more by 2030. We will invest aggressively while enhancing our strong "on-site capabilities" to achieve our vision for 2030.

The future of the world is currently very uncertain. However, the Group''s mission is clear. Its mission is to ensure a stable supply of energy, which is essential to the social infrastructure that supports people''s lives. To fulfill this mission, I will be on site, I will work hard, and I will be committed to collaborating with the entire Group.

- The Company acquires shares issued by Informetis Co.,Ltd. in a private placement and begins its efforts to provide new services utilizing efficient energy use and high-precision power data.

- The Company acquires a portion of the stock in Nalnet Communications Co., Ltd., which is entrusted with the management of maintenance for leased vehicles, and expands our business related to the automotive aftermarket.

- The Company strengthens its road infrastructure maintenance business through a capital and business alliance with Nichireki Co., Ltd.
