■ Key Features
We use a special Japanese-made coating with over 90% reflectivity. This coating reflects sunlight, reducing roof surface temperatures by an average of 20–27°C and indoor temperatures by 3–8°C. It effectively prevents heatstroke, improves the indoor environment, and increases employee satisfaction. Additionally, we provide and install ventilators to enhance airflow.

2. Environmental Improvement: Roof leak repairs, roof replacement, skylight installation, wall painting, and floor coating

■ Key Features
Metal roofs typically start to deteriorate and leak after about 10 years, requiring waterproofing repairs around 15 years and roof replacement by 20 years. We collaborate with local companies to provide comprehensive roofing services. Similarly, exterior walls often degrade over time, leading to leaks, which we can repair. For floors within facilities, we have extensive experience in restoring aesthetics and improving the environment by addressing oil stains and other damages.
