Plastic Machining

Product Info

We offer comprehensive manufacturing services, from plastic part design and machining to precision inspection. Using various advanced machines, including 5-axis machining centers and CNC lathes, we produce high-precision parts. A wide range of plastic materials is available, including general plastics, engineering plastics, super engineering plastics, and thermosetting plastics. In addition to machining, we also supply raw plastic materials. We support small-lot production starting from just one piece to meet the needs of prototyping and low-volume production.

■ Key Features
・High-Precision Machining and Welding Technology: Capable of handling complex shapes and tight dimensional tolerances.
・Parts and Jigs Without Drawings: We can create designs from physical samples or conduct on-site inspections to turn concepts into production-ready plastic parts.
・Wide Range of Plastic Materials: From general plastics, engineering plastics, super engineering plastics, to thermosetting plastics, we select the most suitable material for each application.
・Small-Lot Production: Supports production starting from one unit, accommodating prototyping, small-lot production, and mass production needs.
・Cost Efficiency with Local Sourcing: With material sourcing and manufacturing done locally in Thailand, we provide high-quality products at competitive prices.

■ Supported Plastic Materials (Partial List)
・General Plastics (PP, PVC, PET, ABS, acrylic, etc.)
Widely used plastics account for approximately 80% of all plastic production. Cost-effective, versatile, and easy to process, suitable for various applications, though with a low heat resistance of less than 100°C.

・Engineering Plastics (MC Nylon, POM, PC, PBT, etc.)
Designed for industrial use, these materials are known for their high strength and heat resistance (above 100°C). They are lighter than metals and ideal for mass production, serving as a midpoint between plastics and metals for weight reduction and cost savings.

・Super Engineering Plastics (PAI, PEEK, PTFE, etc.)
Superior to general and engineering plastics in heat resistance, mechanical strength, chemical resistance, wear resistance, friction properties, dimensional stability, and electrical characteristics. Suitable for industrial products used in extreme conditions.

・Thermosetting Plastics (Phenolic, Epoxy)
Plastics that harden upon heating and do not remelt, with excellent heat resistance and flexibility against bending and distortion. Commonly used in automotive, industrial, and electronic components.
