Copper Oxidation Film Remover
Simply immerse discolored copper! A copper oxidation film remover that removes copper discoloration without damaging the base material.

Applications: Oxidation film remover for copper, brass, copper alloys, and nickel.

Features:
Even when machining oils or contaminated oils adhere to the copper oxidation film surface,
it removes copper discoloration (scale) while simultaneously degreasing.
Being neutral, it does not corrode copper materials even during prolonged immersion.
*If heavily contaminated with oil, perform degreasing beforehand.

Usage Conditions: Undiluted to 30% concentration, room temperature, 1-20 minutes

【Usage Method】
■ Copper/Brass Materials → Degreasing → Water Rinse → CU-600 → Water Rinse → Plating, Painting, Various Surface Treatments
(Improves adhesion around low-current areas.)
■ Copper/Brass Materials → CU-600 → Water Rinse → Copper Discoloration Preventer BT Series → Water Rinse → Drying
(CU-600 treatment cleans the surface, enabling uniform discoloration prevention.)
■Nickel Plating → CU-600 → Water Rinse → Various Plating
(The white oxide film after nickel plating can be removed by treating with CU-600.)
