Development of Internal Testing Standards (Investigation of Actual Transport Data and Reproduction Testing Using Vibration Test Equipment)

[Challenge] THEME
The existing transport testing standards relied on empirical rules, making theoretical explanations difficult.
As a result, it was necessary to establish testing standards that allowed for theoretical explanations and improvements in line with the latest scientific perspectives.

[Solution]
We investigated and analyzed transport data from two main destination countries and created vibration and impact test data.
Using this test data, we conducted reproduction tests with our testing equipment. By comparing the results with the actual load conditions, we verified the validity of the tests and developed internal testing standards.

Formulation of internal testing standards that allow for theoretical explanations and improvements.
Implementation and operation of new testing equipment based on the new testing standards.
