In addition to strength calculations during the design phase, we can also conduct real-world testing using our equipment. Our vibration testing machine is one of the largest in Asia and features the ability to apply vibrations on three axes simultaneously. Instead of relying on truck tests or transportation trials, we conduct tests based on standards like ISO, JIS, and ISTA, allowing for time and cost savings while verifying optimal specifications.

- Testing of large and heavy containers
⇒ Capable of testing objects up to 3 tons with a table size of 2.1 × 2.4 meters.
- Versatile control programs
⇒ Three control programs available: Single-axis sine wave vibration, 3-axis random vibration, and waveform reproduction. In addition to standard tests based on JIS and ISTA standards, we can also conduct waveform reproduction tests using transport survey data.
- Data analysis capability
⇒ Accelerometers can be attached to the product to monitor the transmission of vibration waveforms.
