【 Inspection & Packaging Process to Ensure Quality 】
At Kanou, product quality is not only defined by materials or design but also by a rigorous inspection process that covers even the smallest details. Every touch glass undergoes the following steps before leaving the factory:
- Plastic box inspection – assess the appearance and cleanliness of the storage box
- Light source inspection – illuminate the glass to detect hidden defects such as foreign particles or cracks
- Touch glass inspection – check for surface scratches, bubbles, or layer misalignment
- Glue application – control the adhesive layer evenly to prevent misalignment during module assembly
- Jig fixing – accurately position the glass in the fixture during assembly
- Backlight module installation – combine the lighting module with the glass (if applicable)
- Glue re-application – recheck glue coverage and remove air bubbles
- Final touch glass assembly – attach the outer glass layer
- Protective PET film – apply a protective film to prevent dust and scratches
- PET bag sealing – vacuum/seal-pack each product individually
Each step includes a dedicated quality check using visual inspection, backlighting, specialized measuring equipment, or microscopic examination. No glass panel is packaged unless it passes all quality control criteria.
