The Torque Tender TT03 is a high-precision overload protection mechanism designed to quickly and reliably protect equipment when an overload occurs. When overloaded, the drive key disengages from the groove, instantly disconnecting input and output. Once the overload is removed, it automatically reconnects at the same torque and position, resuming operation. Torque setting is easily done with the internal torque spring, eliminating the need for fine adjustments. The TT03 type is used for winding, where the shaft is inserted into the hub and pulleys or gears are set in the housing to transmit power.
